General Conditions of Sale of Tickets for Concerts organized by Culture and Tourism ASBL/VZW, under the trade name of Ars in Cathedrali


Section 1. General

The Cathedral of Saints Michael and Gudula delegates to the non-profit organization Culture and Tourism (n° Company: 0422089065) the organization and sale of Organ Concerts at the Cathedral, under the  commercial name of Ars in Cathedrali.

By clicking on “Order” at the end of the ordering process, as written in the grayed out pad, the Customer declares to have read and accepted, without reservation, our General Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Upon purchase, the customer will receive one or more Tickets by e-mail for the Reserved Concert(s).

Tickets can be presented either printed on an A4 form or directly on the holder’s mobile phone.

Article 2. Retraction

The Customer may cancel the purchase at any time before the concert and will be fully refunded.


Article 3. Restriction of use of the Ticket:

The Ticket issued is only valid for the date and time indicated on the Ticket.


Section 4. Responsibility

The holder of the Ticket and the minors accompanying or in his custody attend under their own responsibility the concert to which the Ticket gives access and waives any recourse against the   non-profit organization Culture and Tourism and, consequently, against the Cathedral of Saints Michael and Gudula

Under no circumstances can the responsibility of the ASBL Culture et Tourism and /  or the Cathedral be engaged in case of material damage or bodily injury caused to third parties or customers. The same applies to any theft or loss that may occur before or during the concert for which the Ticket is issued.                   

Section 5. Personal data

Personal data (surname, first name, email, telephone number, address, …) communicated by the Customer when booking a Ticket are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data,  and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).  See more details on our page on this website
