Our non-profit association complies with the obligations applicable to it under the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable legislative provisions.

The personal data we hold relates to 1) our members, supporters, donors, and persons with whom we have contact in connection with our corporate purpose, 2) invited artists, and 3) visitors to our website.

Types of personal data collected

The personal data we have are 1) contact data (surnames, first names, postal addresses, e-mails and, where applicable, telephone contact details when communicated to us and 2) any financial data. With regard to website visitors we have 1) the IP address, 2) the domain of your Internet provider, 3) statistical information about site visits. We do not review visitor habits or preferences.

Use of personal data

We only use this personal data for the purposes of 1) communicating with you, for the promotion and publicity of our cultural activities, reports on this subject as well as our newsletters and equivalent communications, 2) interacting with the artists for their performances, and 3) managing and improving the information on our website, All of these purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in collecting and processing your personal data in this context. Personal data is only kept for the duration of our relationship with you. They shall be deleted within six months of the end of this relationship.

Data protection and access

The data collected is only accessible to the members of the Board of Directors and employees of the non-profit association, for the purpose of carrying out their tasks in accordance with the above objectives. We are taking the necessary measures to ensure their protection. Under no circumstances do we transfer this data to any third party whatsoever and do not share it outside the ASBL, except with your prior and express consent. We do not use this personal data commercially or otherwise.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data concerning you held by the non-profit association, to obtain a copy of it, to request that it be corrected, to demand that it be deleted, to restrict its processing or to object to it and to request that it be returned to you or transmitted to a third party of your choice. For this purpose, please send your request to the postal address above or to the email address arsincathdrali@gmail.com identifying yourself by producing a copy of your identity card. We reserve the right to modify or supplement this policy.
